We want everyone to be able to find out about Floorfillers, check their date and book a consultation, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

How accessible this website is

We built this website in 2026 to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That means you should be able to:

• use it with a keyboard alone, with a visible outline showing where you are
• use it with a screen reader: photos that show something have a description, and decorative images are hidden
• zoom in, or make the text larger, without anything being cut off
• read it on a phone without scrolling sideways
• read text that has strong contrast against its background

What we know is not perfect yet

• Booking calendars. Our consultation calendars come from our booking system. We do not control how they are built, and some parts may not work fully with a keyboard or screen reader. If you have any difficulty, call or email us and we will book your consultation for you.
• Three older pages have headings out of order (two blog category pages and one blog post). This makes them slightly harder to move around with a screen reader. We will fix them by 31 December 2026.

How we checked

We last tested this website on 2 November 2026, using automated checks (it scores 99 out of 100 for accessibility on phones in Google’s Lighthouse) and by hand in Chrome and Safari at phone, tablet and desktop sizes. We check it again whenever we change the website.
