OUR PACKAGES
Classic package
This package includes a professional sound system, a lighting rig, wireless microphones for speeches, elegant atmospherics, and an experienced DJ matched to your personal style and taste.
DJs will travel to your venue, set up their equipment, and perform a 5-hour set. We’ll read the crowd and make sure energy is high and everyone is having a wonderful time.
Exclusive package
The package includes everything in our Classic Package, plus a few added extras to give your supporters the ‘wow’ factor and add to the atmosphere.
Make use of uplighting, starcloth backdrops, mirror balls, heart shaped gobo lights, and lasers. The Exclusive Package combines excellent music with showstopping aesthetics. We’ll even bring smoke machines!
Premium package
Our Premium Package is for those who really want to go all out! It includes everything from the classic and exclusive packages, plus TV screens to scroll through team photographs or slide shows.
We’ll also provide a full goalpost lighting rig with additional lighting options. This setup creates more of a party atmosphere to keep things going even after the sporting event is over!

Our pricing varies depending on several factors, such as the length of time you’d like the DJ to play, the location of your event, the equipment requirements, and any additional services you may wish to add on.
We’re proud to be the top rated DJ provider in Lincolnshire, and whilst we’re not a ‘budget’ DJ service, we offer very competitive rates and can tailor our services to suit your budget.

When should we book our sports DJ?
We recommend booking our DJ services as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Popular wedding dates and peak seasons tend to fill up quickly, so reaching out to us well in advance will ensure that we can accommodate your event and make all the necessary preparations.
We take bookings up to three years in advance.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Absolutely! All of our DJs have modern, high quality DJ setups which deliver the ‘wow factor’ without being overwhelming or flashy.
Our DJs come with speakers, lights, microphones, laptops, decks, and everything needed to make sure your wedding is one to remember. If you opt for the Premium Package, they’ll also bring TV screens and goal post lighting rigs.
We handle setup and takedown and we’ll liaise with you and your venue to arrange timings.
Can we customise the music?
Of course! What separates Floorfillers from other DJ firms is our tailored approach to DJing. Our DJs pride themselves on getting to know you and your style. There are no ‘cookie cutter’ playlists and we know that there certainly isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to selecting music for an event.
That’s why our team will spend time in the lead-up to your event getting to know you and learning more about your event goals, the crowd’s music tastes, and genres you’d like.
That way, when your DJ arrives to start playing music, they know exactly what to play to make sure the crowd are energised.
How does the booking process work?
Our booking process is designed to be as stress-free as possible.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will hold your date for 14 days while we arrange your consultation and answer any questions you may have. Our team will reach out and organise an initial call, during which we’ll discuss your plans for the day. We’ll then put together a comprehensive quote document that reflects your vision for the music.
After we’ve received your 25% deposit, your booking is secured and planning can commence
In the lead-up to your event, we will then organise a ‘Meet The DJ’ call, where the final arrangements can be made. Your music choices and sound and lighting requirements will be finalised with your DJ.
Our team will reach out to your venue to co-ordinate logistics with them, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
On the day itself, your DJ will arrive with plenty of time to spare and will setup their equipment well in advance of the agreed music start time.
What deposit do I need to secure my booking?
We know how expensive sporting events can be, and managing deposits and final balances can often put clients and event organisers under lot of pressure.
That’s why we only take a 25% deposit on booking, with the remaining 75% due within 2 weeks of your event.
What happens if our DJ is ill or something unexpected happens?
Sadly, most DJ firms are generally not renowned for their reliability. We consistently receive around 5 calls a week from distraught event planners who have booked DJs with other companies who have cancelled last minute.
Freelance DJs often won’t hesitate to cancel if they get a better offer, and most DJ companies don’t have plans in place for illnesses. Floorfillers fulfils every single booking, and we always have a backup DJ on standby just in case.
Every booking we take has two DJs assigned to it – the main DJ and a backup DJ. Emergencies can happen and we believe that it’s better to be prepared for the (unlikely) event that your DJ is taken ill or is unable to attend as a result of an emergency.
Whilst we hope we never need to use our backup DJ, we’ll always have one will be on standby and fully briefed, ready to step in if the worst should happen.
This way you (and we) have full peace of mind that you will be able to experience the music, DJ, and atmosphere that you want at your event.
